Work was fun again today. One of our clients is going "paperless" - translation, they're reducing paper in their office while we drastically increase the amount of paper that we're using. We get to make their copies. For everything that goes to court and everything that comes back from court and goes out of our office. And we're not talking about a little client either (they're our second biggest). Also since they aren't receiving copies of the service reports right away (before I type them up, they like to know. It cuts the phone calls down from 20 to 10), we are now providing a database for them. Make that 3 databases. Actually four, if you count the accounting database that we already have set up which has most of the information in it. After looking at what they wanted, it seems that there's going to be a bit more for me to handle. And one of my co-workers was on the verge of quitting. When I told my boss that he might want to do some damage control where she was concerned, he blew me off. I really don't blame her one bit if she decides to leave. End rant.

I went through 10 or so different designs on the Customize page before finally setting on this one. Interesting that they hide the links in the boxes at the top - I had no idea, but once I found that out, I stopped bitching about my lack of a sidebar.

Well, at least the Blackhawks won and there are new episodes of "Life" and "Bionic Woman" on tonight - although, that awful guy is back on BW, so I'm not as thrilled as I could be with that. If Jaime's not going to be with Sarah, at least set her up with Nathan.

It's gotten somewhat cool here lately. I guess SoCal finally realized it was fall.

Less than 3 days to Vegas! I need a vacation.
