Has anyone ever wondered that since Toby put himself in protective custody in order to talk to Jefferson Keane, why he wouldn't try the same thing with Keller in S5? (Especially since Keane seemed to be in that same corner cell that Shirley Bellinger and Keller occupied during their time on death row).
It would have saved him a lot of headaches.
