I don't read a lot of mysteries- I think I might be jealous of people who can write like that. I'll do the occasional Steven King, but I read a lot of literary fic steeped in misery (like The Kite Runner). I've got one that touches on addiction and depression that I'm reading now called Transcendent Kingdom. (Surprisingly enough, it's lighter than the author's previous work.) It's been fairly slow at work lately so I've been able to get some reading done.
If you don't mind, I'd love to see which new hockey book popped up for you today. I'll try not to share the info with my mom this time.
